Our guest speaker was Deborah Beirnes who showed us her many lovely quilts and then how she used the scraps from one quilt to make yet another one or two quilts or other items such as placemats or table runners. Also, she showed us how she cuts up her leftover fabric into strips or squares of varying sizes. This is so she has pieces ready to go for another creation. Who knew one could be this organized.
