There was a lot of energy in the room on our November Let's Quilt Day.
Along with members working on their own projects, making use of the library and visiting with one another, we enjoyed learning from one another.
Betty Huygen once again demonstrated the technique of turning striped fabric into a quilt.
Carol Thompson shared some Christmas articles she had made - cards with quilted fronts and some small placemats.
Dorothy Maynard also shared some Christmas ideas - small placemats, and a small quilted basket to hold a little doll or other small articles.
Brenda Hambleton demonstrated the "hot dog" pillowcase method for those new to making them.
Thank you, ladies, for making our morning so much fun. Let's Quilt Day will resume in January with more great sharing of ideas.
