Today was our our Auction/Sale! Outreach had a small amount of fabric for sale separately. Volunteers helped sort out the massive amount of donations received onto a variety of tables. Other volunteers were auctioneers and did a wonderful job selling. All in all, the day was really fun! The first photo shows Yvonne Evans, our librarian in our library at the church.

This year stations have been set up in the gym with signs denoting each committee in order to help members see what is going on and to meet those in that area that are on the executive.

Over the summer the Outreach Team put together 70 three-yard quilt kits for the Guild to work on. It was nice to see how many were picked up today. The vote from the floor carried charity recommendations put forward by the Outreach committee: YOU, ANOVA and Indwell. 129 placemats were donated today for the VON MEALS ON WELLS programs.
