The Christmas spirit is joyfully being shared by your Outreach Committee thanks to all of our placemat creators. The Meals on Wheels program of St. Thomas VON wanted to show us how the placemats will be presented. And they made a cute little tag that says ‘Made with love by Thames Valley Quilter‘s Guild’.
Your placemat gift will be very much appreciated.

At our September guild meeting, Outreach collected about 100 placemats to donate to VON programs such as Meals on Wheels, Seniors’ Dinners and Soup and a Bun.
Marlene Dunlap and Carol Tracy delivered these placemats to VON Strathroy and VON St. Thomas.
For any members interested in donating a placemat, we will continue to collect and deliver them. Thank you for sharing your time and creativity.

I would like to send out a great big thank you to all the members that contribute to our outreach program. Last month we collected 8 quilts to go to Joan's Place.
There are a number of wheelchair quilts to be distributed and a few more pillow cases.
I’m away for the March meeting, but will have someone collecting the quilts.
I also need a few of you with a long arm machine to quilt 5 bigger quilts for quilts of valour!
I will have them at the March meeting for you to pick up.
Thanks again, I’m blown away by your generosity!
